Catherine is a masters student in the Hydrologic Sciences graduate group advised by Dr. Joshua Viers.

Her research focuses on using hydrodynamic models to inform our knowledge of ecosystem response to restoration and regulation. 

She received a BS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and worked as a biological field technician for multiple seasons before returning to school.

She currently studies the Tuolumne river system with support from a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.
