Kiliana started working in the Lusardi Freshwater Ecology Lab December of 2022, as a student researcher. She is a current third year majoring in Marine and Coastal Sciences with an emphasis in Marine Ecology and Organismal Biology; as well as pursuing a minor in Linguistics. In the lab she mainly focuses on sorting and identifying aquatic macroinvertebrates but also aids in otolith preparation and field work projects. Kiliana is broadly interested in aquatic ecology, with a specialized interest in systems involving fish.
