Interested in water policy pertaining the sharing, use and management of water resources in the context of international development, with extensive experience in technical and economic aspects of water resource management including risk assessments, environmental impact assessments, optimization models and hydraulic models. Currently working on the application of RAS2D to the Yolo bypass.
