I began working as a student assistant in Dr. John Durand's group in the summer of 2023. I'm helping with collecting zooplankton data from different spots at Suisun Marsh, filtering water samples, and helping with fieldwork in the North Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh. I have a passion for studying how climate change influences aquatic organisms and habitat conservation. Besides that, I have a general interest in aquatic ecosystems and fieldwork. I will graduate in spring 2024 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management.
